breakfast menu-potato wedges

ingredients-2 medium sized potatoes,oil,salt, mayonnaise,tomato ketchup 

to do-1)peel the potatoes and cut it in to half
          2)keep the flat surface of potato on chopping board and cut it further into 4 or 6          parts 
          3)steam it for 10 to 15 minutes
          4)heat oil in non stick pan and carefully shift the potato to the pan
          5)shallow fry till light golden
          6)sprinkle some salt
          7)take some mayonnaise and mix it with equal or little less amount of tomato                 ketchup and enjoy the wedges with it.

note-1)preferably use diet or eggless mayonnaise  
        2)u can check if potato is perfectly steamed or not by putting knife in it......knife    should go and come out smoothly
        3)u can put the wedges in bread crumbs after frying it.
